High Pressure MTO Products:
Under high-pressure hydrogen and water vapor conditions, the methanol processing capacity in the methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction catalyzed by SAPO-34 can reach 200 times that under normal pressure conditions. The acidic sites of the molecular sieve can catalyze the hydrogenation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the molecular sieve cage, significantly slowing down the growth rate of carbon deposits and extending the reaction life of the catalyst.
